Step 2

Understanding the process of therapy with Nilay​
 

We are person centered approachable therapists. We will share some practical information regarding how our therapists are trained, our style of working with individuals, couples and families, and answer any clinical questions you may have.

We will also provide you with all the information you need regarding fees, availability, scheduling policies, insurance etc.

We will put you at ease as you share a brief overview of what you hope to gain from therapy. This is important so we can confirm our therapists are the best fit to help you achieve your goals.
 

Step 3

 Welcome Email 
 

Here we share a welcome email that contains Consent, Confidentiality and fees details. ​​

Along with the above we would also share a screening tool that would help us determine the best fit therapist for you based on the issues you are facing.

Schedule an appointment

 Attend your first session!

This session would mainly revolve around making you feel as safe and comfortable as possible, and getting to know you and your issue in a holistic manner. Also discuss scheduling your next session with your counsellor. Therapy often works best with weekly or bi-weekly meetings to foster trust and increase results through consistency and dedication to the work.

Appointment Availability and Fees

We do our best to accommodate your busy schedule and have therapists available Monday – Saturday, & Sundays.

  We offer 60-minute online or in person sessions. 

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please discuss this with us during our initial phone conversation.
